The Circles Collection
This little collection has been the result of a little passion project and hours of experimentation.
For a while now I have been researching to create my own story book, and during this time I have revisited many of my favourite Children's story books, absolutely in awe of the beautiful illustrations! One of the things I loved most was the different formats of the illustrations, like little windows to other worlds!
So over the last year with the extra time lockdown this year has given, I have been experimenting with creating my circle paintings. Creating my own little windows into the glorious British county side.
I've been so interested in how I can create a little story within each one, referencing the Changes in seasons, the place in the countryside and capturing the personalities of the wonderful animals that I paint!
